Ordinex turns the reports you already export from TikTok Shop into net profit, day by day. It started as a spreadsheet inside a shop that sells on the marketplaces every day, and it is still built there.
01Why Ordinex
Revenue is easy to see. What is left is not.
Seller Center shows what you sold and what it will pay out. Between the two sit five deductions: returns, cost of goods, platform fees and tax, ads and affiliate commission, and the costs that never appear in any marketplace report.
Most shops add them up in a spreadsheet at the end of the month, if at all. By then the month is over, and a product that sells well can have lost money on every order.
Ordinex does that addition every day, from the files you already have.
02The founder
Thịnh has spent ten years in marketing and growth. He moved Fahasa.com’s marketing to a growth and e-commerce model with a team of more than 20, built the growth team at Zoomcar Vietnam from zero, and sells directly on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop in mother and baby, books and children’s toys.
At every stop the same gap showed up: plenty of raw data, and no clear answer to how much the shop actually made. Ordinex is his answer to that question.

Numbers you can check
The fee schedule behind every estimate is public: a free lookup for every category, and the full dataset as a CSV under CC BY 4.0.

Estimates are labelled
Orders not yet settled are costed from the fee schedule and marked as an estimate. When the statement arrives, the real figure replaces it.
- 03
Only what exists
Today you export your reports and drop them in. A direct connection to TikTok Shop is being built. We say which is which.
04Where Ordinex is today
Early access, in waves
Ordinex opens to TikTok Shop sellers in Vietnam first, a few shops at a time. Shopee is on the roadmap.
