Data you send us

The waitlist form is the only place on the website where we collect personal data. We use it to confirm your registration and contact you when a trial spot becomes available.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with others for their marketing.

Website analytics

We use three tools to understand how the website is used and find areas that need improvement.

Google Analytics 4: measures page views, traffic sources, device types and selected interactions
Microsoft Clarity: provides heatmaps and session replays rebuilt from mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on this website only, not a recording of your screen. Information entered into form fields is masked from recordings
Vercel Analytics: counts page views without cookies or personal profiles

What we do not collect

The fee lookup and pricing calculator run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to a server, stored or visible to Ordinex.

Fields containing personal information are masked from Microsoft Clarity session recordings.

Cookies and your choices

Google Analytics (cookies _ga, _ga_*) and Microsoft Clarity (cookies _clck, _clsk) use cookies for measurement. Ordinex does not use advertising cookies.

If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, these tools only run after you select "Allow". In other regions, they run by default.

You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer. Choosing "Decline" stops both tools and removes their measurement cookies. Your preference is stored in your browser.

You can also block cookies or tracking through your browser. The main features of the website will continue to work.

Who processes the data

Ordinex uses Resend for email, Google for Analytics, Microsoft for Clarity, and Vercel to run the website and measure page views. Each service handles data under its own privacy policy.

Ordinex does not send website data to anyone else.

Retention and your rights

Analytics data is retained according to each tool's policy. Waitlist information is kept until you ask us to delete it.

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data Ordinex holds about you, or withdraw your consent at any time. Send your request to the address below.

The website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes to this notice

When this notice changes, the date at the top of the page will change too.
