Privacy notice

1. What you send us yourself

There is exactly one place on this site that takes your data: the waitlist form.

We use it to contact you when a spot opens, and to send you a confirmation email. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to third parties for their marketing.

Where it goes: the form sends through Resend (an email service) to our inbox, and is kept so we know who we have already talked to.

• Name and email: required, since without them we cannot reach you
• Platform you sell on, monthly import volume: optional, the form submits without them
• Page language and the page you submitted from: recorded automatically

2. What is collected automatically while you browse

We run three measurement tools, for one purpose: to see which parts of a page confuse people and where they give up, so we can fix them.

• Google Analytics 4: pages viewed, traffic source, device type, and a few interactions such as menu clicks and opening the form. Sets cookies
• Vercel Analytics: page view counts. No cookies, no personal profile
• Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings. Plainly: Clarity records your mouse movement, scrolling and clicks on the page, then replays them as something we can scrub through. It is a reconstruction from events on the page, not a video of your screen, and it sees nothing outside this site. Sets cookies

3. What we deliberately do not look at

This part matters more than the one above, so here it is in terms of what is actually in the source.

The fee lookup and pricing calculator run entirely in your browser. The cost prices, selling prices and order counts you type are never sent to any server, never stored, and never seen by us.

• The name and email fields: are pinned as masked in the source, so what you type there never reaches a session recording
• Clarity's masking mode: is left at the default (Balanced), so text entered into input fields is masked in your browser before it leaves your machine

4. Cookies

The site sets measurement cookies from two tools: _ga and _ga_* from Google Analytics, _clck and _clsk from Microsoft Clarity. No advertising cookies, none sold to anyone.

To block them, use your browser privacy settings or a tracker blocker. The site keeps working, calculators included, because none of them need cookies to run.

5. Who else sees the data

Four parties, each handling it under their own policy: Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity), Vercel (hosting and page view measurement), and Resend (delivering the waitlist emails). Nobody else receives data from this site.

6. How long it is kept

Measurement data is kept under each tool’s own retention policy; session recordings are held by Microsoft under the Clarity policy. What you enter in the waitlist form we keep until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address below and we will confirm and act on it as soon as we can.

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

8. When this notice changes

If it changes, the date at the top changes with it. No quiet edits under an old date.
